Welcome offer: Bet $5, get 1,000 Flex Spins (MI, NJ, PA, WV)
At the time of writing (October 2026), DraftKings Casino's welcome offer in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia is "Bet $5, get 1,000 Flex Spins", with no promo code needed.[1] The spins are paid out in daily batches over about 20 days, and each batch expires 24 hours after it's credited. They're usable on a selection of eligible games, and the spins themselves are non-withdrawable.
The appeal is the low entry point: you risk $5, not a $500 deposit. The catch is the drip-feed — if you don't log in on a given day, that day's spins are gone. Value per spin varies by game, so check the offer page for details.
DraftKings runs other promotions too — lossback deals and site-credit offers come and go — so always read the current terms in the app. For a refresher on how spin offers are valued, see our guide to free spins.
DraftKings started as a daily fantasy sports company in 2012, became one of America's two biggest sportsbooks, and now runs one of the most popular legal online casinos in the country. If you already bet with DraftKings, the casino is one tap away in the same app and wallet.
What sets it apart: a cheap way in — bet $5 for up to 1,000 spins — and a lobby that mixes the big US slot studios with games DraftKings makes itself. As with every US online casino, it's only legal in a few states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Connecticut.
Games and software
DraftKings' lobby is large in its main states, built from IGT, Light & Wonder, NetEnt and Evolution, plus content from DraftKings' own studios and its acquisitions, including Golden Nugget Online Gaming. You'll find:
- Online slots: Vegas favourites, Megaways and DraftKings exclusives.
- Jackpots: networked and in-house progressives — see how progressive jackpots work before you chase one.
- Live dealer: Evolution blackjack, roulette and game shows; our live dealer casino page explains the streams.
- Table games: DraftKings-branded blackjack and roulette variants with low minimums.
The app's discovery features — trending games, recently played and jackpot trackers — make it easy to browse a big lobby on a phone.
Payments and withdrawals
The minimum to trigger the welcome offer is a $5 bet. Deposits and withdrawals support PayPal, Venmo, online banking, debit cards, Play+, VIP Preferred e-check and cash at partner casino cages in some states.
DraftKings doesn't promise fixed times, and reported figures vary. As a rule of thumb, PayPal and Venmo are the quickest (often within a day or two of approval), while online banking and cards take a few business days and paper checks are slowest. First withdrawals may require extra ID checks. Our guide to casino withdrawal times covers every step.
Mobile app
DraftKings offers a dedicated Casino app and access through the main Sportsbook app, on iOS and Android. Both are polished, fast and built for one-handed play; geolocation runs in the background to confirm you're in a legal state.
Customer support
Live chat, email and a detailed help centre, with responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, time-outs, cool-off periods and self-exclusion — in the account menu.
Safety and licence
DraftKings is a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: DKNG) and its online casino is licensed by each state's regulator, including the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and the Michigan Gaming Control Board, plus the AGCO in Ontario. That means segregated player funds, certified games and a state regulator to complain to. Our safe online casino guide explains what that protection covers.
How to sign up at DraftKings
- Download the DraftKings Casino app or visit the site while you're in an eligible state.
- Register with your legal name, date of birth, address and the last four digits of your SSN — you must be 21+.
- Allow location access: geolocation confirms you're inside the state every time you play.
- Opt in to the welcome offer (or enter a partner code if one applies) before your first deposit.
- Deposit at least $5 (the welcome offer then needs a $5 bet) with PayPal, Venmo, a debit card, online banking or Play+ where available.
- Set deposit and time limits in your account settings.

DraftKings Casino: our verdict
DraftKings Casino is a top-tier US casino and the easiest one to try thanks to a $5 entry offer. The exclusive games and the shared sportsbook wallet are genuine advantages. The daily-expiring spins are a little fiddly, and — as always in the US — your state decides whether you can play at all.
