Super Group (NYSE: SGHC) — the company behind Betway, Jackpot City and Spin Casino — reported its strongest quarter yet in August and raised its outlook for 2026 — the latest results available ahead of its third-quarter update.[1]
The numbers
| Q2 2026 | Q2 2025 | |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $684m (+18%) | $579m |
| Adjusted EBITDA | $204m (+30%) | $157m |
| Adjusted EBITDA margin | 30% | 27% |
| Profit | $123m | −$3m |
Growth came mainly from Africa and Europe. Super Group raised its full-year revenue guidance to above $2.6 billion (from more than $2.55bn) and adjusted EBITDA guidance to above $710 million (from more than $680m). Chief executive Neal Menashe called it a quarter of "all-time highs in revenue, adjusted EBITDA, deposits, and wagering."
Betway and Manchester United
Alongside the results, Betway was named Principal Partner and Exclusive Global Betting Partner of Manchester United from the start of the 2026–27 season, in a multi-year deal described as Betway's biggest football partnership to date. The logo will appear on the men's and women's training kits and around Old Trafford, and the deal includes safer-gambling and betting-integrity resources for players, staff and fans.
The timing matters: Premier League clubs' voluntary ban on betting brands on the front of matchday shirts starts in 2026–27, so betting sponsors are moving to training kits, sleeves and stadium branding.
What it means for players
Little changes day to day, but a growing, listed parent company is one reason we rate Super Group's casinos as safe — read why in our guide to choosing a safe online casino. Note that the group remains out of the US market, so its brands still aren't available to US players.
